These terms and conditions govern your use of the Aura platform and services provided by Trackvision AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Aura software-as-a-service platform available at aidpp.eu
- “Services” refers to all services provided by Trackvision AI Ltd under the Aura brand
- “User” refers to any individual or organisation accessing the Platform
- “Data” refers to any information uploaded to or generated within the Platform
2. Use of the platform
The Platform is provided for the purpose of Digital Product Passport creation, supply chain data collection, and related EU ESPR compliance activities. Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Data ownership
All data uploaded to the Platform remains the property of the User. Trackvision AI Ltd acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of User data. Data is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Data security
- All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform. EU data residency (Frankfurt) available on Enterprise plans
- Each client receives dedicated infrastructure with complete data isolation
- Data retention follows prEN 18221 requirements (minimum 10 years for DPP data)
5. Service availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, customers on Growth and Enterprise plans are eligible for service credits as defined in their service level agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The Aura platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Trackvision AI Ltd. Open standards implementations (GS1 Digital Link, EPCIS 2.0, W3C Verifiable Credentials) follow their respective licensing terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Trackvision AI Ltd is not liable for regulatory compliance decisions made based on Platform outputs. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackvision AI Ltd’s aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
