About Aura

Aura is built by Trackvision AI — a team with 70+ years of combined experience in SaaS platforms, supply chain standards, and enterprise sales.

Our mission

The EU’s Digital Product Passport regulation affects every brand selling physical products in Europe. The requirements are complex, the standards are still evolving, and the deadlines are approaching. Most companies don’t have the regulatory expertise or technical infrastructure to comply.

We built Aura to solve that.

What we believe

Compliance should be a product, not a project. Traditional consulting approaches take 6-12 months and produce a static deliverable. Aura is a living platform — it evolves with the regulations, updates your compliance score in real time, and handles the technical complexity so you don’t have to.

Open standards prevent vendor lock-in. Every data point in Aura is stored in standards-compliant formats: GS1 Digital Link, W3C Verifiable Credentials, EPRS 16-category framework. Your data is yours, verifiable by anyone, portable to any system.

AI should amplify expertise, not replace it. Our AI systems are grounded in authoritative regulatory sources with strict citation protocols. They cite ESPR articles, EPRS categories, and CEN/CENELEC standards — never speculate. You make the decisions; the AI handles the research, data mapping, and document extraction.

Platform architecture

Aura runs on Google Cloud Platform. Every customer gets a fully isolated environment — dedicated GCP project, dedicated database, dedicated encryption keys. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), with 10-year retention for DPP compliance data. EU data residency (Frankfurt) is available on Enterprise plans.

Data continuity

Your DPP data is stored in open, standards-compliant formats and can be exported at any time. In the event of service discontinuation, all customers will receive a minimum of 90 days notice and full access to export their data before any systems are decommissioned. See our Security & Trust page for full details on data portability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Built for the EU

Aura is designed for the European market from day one. GDPR compliance, support for all 24 official EU languages, and EU data residency as an Enterprise option are not afterthoughts — they’re foundational.
