  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, page views, session duration)

Platform users:

  • Account information (name, email, company)
  • Product and supplier data uploaded to the platform
  • Supply chain documents and certificates
  • Platform usage data

  • To provide and improve our platform services

  • To send product updates and regulatory news (with consent)
  • To analyse website usage and improve user experience
  • Contract performance — Processing necessary to deliver our platform services

5. Data storage and security

  • All platform data is stored on Google Cloud Platform. EU data residency (Frankfurt) is available on Enterprise plans
  • Tenant isolation — Each client has a dedicated GCP project with no shared databases or infrastructure
  • Encryption — AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
  • Retention — Platform data retained for a minimum of 10 years, aligned with prEN 18221 DPP data persistence requirements
  • Access controls — Role-based access with audit logging

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google Cloud Platform — Infrastructure provider
  • HubSpot — CRM and marketing communications (with consent)
  • Google Analytics — Website analytics (anonymised)

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
